The location was perfect for us to reach New Haven/Yale and downtown quickly. It was also a nice location for reaching out to the shore for a seafood dinner. Patricia was very helpful at the front desk. Her recommendation of restaurants was spot on. She was friendly and engaging. The Best! I would have liked a breakfast option with a biscuit and bacon not sausage. The coffee was very strong and not particularly to my liking even with extra sugar and creamer. One of the waffle makers had a flawed timmer and overcooked my waffle. Room was nice with plenty of and space plenty of hot water.

The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Lots of variety and healthy choices, and it tasted great! There was lots of seating inside and outside, which was very pleasant. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very soft. The room had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was a great size. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t bring our dog, but we saw several and they all seemed very happy.
